Public rate XPF 118,000 before tax. The nights either side cost about twice as much, so 19 Nov is a one-off; the next lowest is XPF 148,960 before tax for an Overwater Superior Villa on 22 Jan 2027. The airport boat transfer is not included: XPF 17,200 a person round trip
