Rates move. The figure above is the cheapest night we found on hilton.com, reading every night in the window on 22 Sep 2026. The conditions and taxes are under the rate. Points are the cheapest award night in the next 6 months on the program's own site. Cents per point is worked out on the room rate before tax, because an award stay still pays taxes and fees. The cash rate that night was ¥42,940 before tax and ¥47,634 with taxes and fees, room only and refundable. We price it in yen because that is what the hotel charges, and convert it at our own dated exchange rate (1 USD = 157 JPY, 23 Sep 2026) to work out cents per point, as for every other currency on this site. Hilton shows award prices per night without signing in, but hides multi-night totals behind a login, so the fifth-night-free benefit could not be checked. Award space here is patchy: on most January dates the cheapest award is a premium room at 76,000 points, which is less than the 85,000 standard baseline.
